Suresh was working in a junior finance role in Singapore, mostly doing reports and data entry work. He had a commerce background, but he felt the growth was slow because most of the better roles in his company required SAP knowledge and real ERP exposure. While working full time, he started searching for a way to upskill without leaving his job.
He joined the SAP Course in Singapore at FITA Academy and opted online classes. Since he was attending the sessions after office hours, managing both work and learning was little difficult in the beginning. But with regular support from the trainers, he slowly got comfortable with the concepts. Over time, he started understanding SAP FICO better through practical business examples and was able to connect them with his finance-related work.
After finishing the course, Suresh started using SAP tasks in his daily work and slowly got more involved in finance work. With regular practice and more confidence, he cleared an internal interview and moved into a SAP support role. He feels learning SAP along with his job helped him grow in his career without stopping his work.
