Aarav Shetty grew up in a family that valued education, with his father working as a school principal and his mother as a mathematics teacher. Encouraged from a young age to explore his interests, Aarav was drawn to careers that combined business and technology.
After completing his B.Com, he started as a junior accountant at a startup. While handling finance operations, he realized how important SAP was for managing business processes, which sparked his interest in learning the software.
Following recommendations from friends and colleagues, Aarav chose FITA Academy, recognized as the SAP best institute in Bangalore, to pursue his training. During the program, he gained practical experience in modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and HCM, along with ABAP fundamentals. Working on real-world case studies and project cycles helped him understand how SAP modules integrate and operate in actual business settings.
Additionally, he participated in placement training, including resume preparation, communication improvement, and interview practice. With continuous guidance from the placement team, Aarav confidently attended interviews and successfully secured a job in Bangalore.
