Round 1 – Online Test of Capgemini Recruitment Process

  • Capgemini Assessment Test – The technical test consists of 45 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 45 minutes. Focus on correcting logic errors, and ignore any syntax errors like missing semicolons or brackets. This is an elimination round, and only those who pass will proceed.
  • The Essay Writing Test (WET) evaluates candidates on clarity, structure, and grammar. This round is crucial as it serves as an elimination stage in the selection process.
